Your mission
- Management of the project development cycle and external service providers such as architects and specialist planners up to the approval planning stage
- Site assessments and preparation of feasibility studies, area planning and cost estimates for the planning and realization of commercial and residential projects
- Negotiations with authorities, agencies, urban planners and stakeholders of the urban society
- Support of urban planning workshop procedures and architectural competitions
- Supervision of B-plan procedures
- Management of negotiations for urban development contracts
- Supervision of neighborhood agreements
- Processing of internal and external reporting
Your profile
- You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management/property management or urban planning or comparable training, e.g. in the field of housing/property management
- Several years of professional experience in the development of commercial and residential construction projects and building land development
- Experience in leading project teams
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Legal knowledge of the real estate industry an advantage
